Due to continued expansion, Márla Communications is seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join its existing team, with the key objective of managing and co-ordinating allinternal digital marketing activities.

The Role

This role will constantly evolve, just as digital marketing communication evolves. However, the four key pillars of the role are:

Strategy & Campaign Management

• Overall strategy development and management of digital marketing campaigns for a wide selection of clients

• Development of strategies that maximise digital conversions (traffic to websites, brochure downloads, sales)

• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

• Co-ordination and management of all digital marketing activity

• Management of monthly activity plan for all clients (digital only)

• Evaluation of customer research, market conditions and competitor data

• Continuous review of new technologies that keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Technical & Operational Management

• Search Engine Optimisation Management - from key word research to effective implementation

• Google Ad Campaign Management – building out bespoke PPC campaigns including setting goals, campaign set up, ad extensions, implementation & ongoing tracking

• Management of Email Marketing Campaigns, including segmentation campaigns, lists, permissions and A/B testing (Please note we use wordpress as our web building platform; previous experience using wordpress is advantageous).

Social Media Strategy

• Must have an in-depth understanding of the organic and paid elements of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram and Pinterest

• Overseeing the social media strategy for Márla Communications

• Overseeing the social media strategy for all clients

Detailed Analytics & Reporting

• Ability to read and adapt all digital campaigns based on platform and online insights 

• Set up and management of custom analytic dashboards for clients

• Management of weekly/monthly feedback to clients through customised Google Analytics/other reports
